For anyone who would like to manage stressful situations more effectively

•To recognise the warning signs of negative stress and manage it effectively

•To assess and practise a range of strategies to manage stress in oneself and others

what?

This course will explore the nature of stress in the workplace - the signs, the signals and the approaches to reducing stress.  Drawing on everyday experience, we can use a variety of creative techniques including an interactive case study and collective mind exercises to demonstrate how to develop an awareness of stressful states, how to manage them in yourself and how to help other people manage stress effectively.

It was early and Petra was still on the tube when she decided to adopt her Monday morning face.  Things were not going well!
