What?For anyone who wants to investigate the nature of emotional intelligence and develop skills to support emotional well being in any context. For managers, this course can be designed to look at the importance of emotional intelligence in leading and managing people effectively. The session will present the physiology of emotion and look at how emotional states can be managed. Questions such as "Can I show my feelings?" "Can I control how I feel?" will be discussed and opportunities will be offered to practise strategies and techniques in a safe and supportive environment.
